Angry Lil Sausome Jalapeños

These jalapeño poppers are a major hit with everyone and very simple to make! If you love some spice and crazy flavor, read on to learn how to make 'em!

What the hell do you need?

  • Jalapeños

  • Angry Bear Sauce

  • Truffle oil

  • Cream cheese

  • Shredded cheese of your choice

  • Artichoke hearts

  • Breakfast sausage (as much as you'd like)

  • Garlic

  • Paprika

  • Onion powder

  • Salt (to taste)

  • Pepper (to taste)

Use as many jalapeños as you'd like! (You're allowed to be greedy - or entertain, whichever) Ha!

How to:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°

  2. Wash jalapeños. Don't be gross! Ech!

  3. Dry the jalapeños and then half 'em. Remove seeds and pith

  4. Coat the jalapeños with Truffle oil and place on baking pan.

  5. Cook/brown loose breakfast sausage in pan. Add a little Angry Bear Sauce, season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and onion powder

  6. Once cooked, drain extra liquid from sausage.

  7. Spoon sausage and cream cheese into peppers

  8. Top with artichoke and shredded cheese.

  9. Bake for 30 mins

  10. Once done, top with Angry Bear Sauce

Voila! Now you can pretend you're on that chef level and impress your friends and family. The Angry Bear Sauce takes it all the way there!
