These jalapeño poppers are a major hit with everyone and very simple to make! If you love some spice and crazy flavor, read on to learn how to make 'em!
What the hell do you need?
Shredded cheese of your choice
Breakfast sausage (as much as you'd like)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Use as many jalapeños as you'd like! (You're allowed to be greedy - or entertain, whichever) Ha!
Preheat oven to 350°
Wash jalapeños. Don't be gross! Ech!
Dry the jalapeños and then half 'em. Remove seeds and pith
Coat the jalapeños with Truffle oil and place on baking pan.
Cook/brown loose breakfast sausage in pan. Add a little Angry Bear Sauce, season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and onion powder
Once cooked, drain extra liquid from sausage.
Spoon sausage and cream cheese into peppers
Top with artichoke and shredded cheese.
Bake for 30 mins
Once done, top with Angry Bear Sauce
